COURTYARD CRUSH AND COMPACT
For this particular project, I had to crush an existing concrete courtyard as excess water would not drain away. Once crushed and rolled down the water drained away perfectly into the ground.
The alternative to crushing the concrete in place was to break up the concrete, pay to remove the waste and purchase crushed concrete to put back in. obviously this would have taken much longer and involved much more cost.
This job was completed on time and within budget. It’s a great example of my dedication to deliver a quality job and see it through from start to finish to ensure full client satisfaction.
CONCRETE FRAMED BUILDING DEMOLISHION
This next job was very straightforward. It involved taking down an existing concrete framed building, then crushing the floor and frame to be used as crushed concrete on site. As you can see from the pictures the steel from the concrete frame can be separated to be taken to the metal recyclers, nothing gets wasted
SEPARATION OF BRICK AND CONCETE FROM SOIL
While working on this project, I had to separate the waste hardcore from the soil to provide two usable products. If this was not done like this then the heap would have been treated as wasye and sent to landfill. My client was interested in an economically and environmentally sustainable outcome, and I did everything to respect these wishes throughout the whole process in order to make sure they were satisfied with the outcome.
